Created at the end of the 1980s, the GEOLOC Laboratory, directed by Valérie Renaudin, is a research laboratory of the Gustave Eiffel University in Nantes. - Inventing geolocation algorithms using a ubiquitous approach.

- Defining and proposing methods for evaluating localisation performance with regard to the needs of intelligent transport systems.

GEOLOC relies on academic and industrial partnerships and accompanies the European policy in terms of homologation of GNSS localisation systems and exploitation of Galileo.
