Created at the end of the 1980s, the GEOLOC Laboratory, directed by Valérie Renaudin, is a research laboratory of the Gustave Eiffel University in Nantes. The GEOLOC laboratory conducts research and expertise on geolocation methods and systems in order to support the evolution of mobility practices and means of transport. It responds to the technological and societal challenges linked to digital transitions and greater connectivity of all transport actors. Its activities are structured around two challenges
