General aim

Create users' connection and improve the architecture of the developed code.

Main changes

• 🚀 modify architecture including broker module with user and badge submodules

  This is quite overkill but the aim is also to train to Rust 😄

• 🆙 Upgrade edition to 2024
• ✨ Add package-lock.json and Cargo.lock to ignore files
• 📖 create a MR template for Gitlab
• 📖 document and clean the code
